What if I don’t like the content or I want to focus on a different area of the business?We want you to be happy so if you feel the information you gave us in signup needs to be more detailed you can complete a Feedback Form and we will make those changes for all your new posts going forward.

Can I still post on my social media channels?Yes absolutely and we encourage it, the more personal you can be the better so by adding a post whilst you're visiting a customer or breaking news then go for it, it's your social brand.

Is the free trial really free?Yes absolutely, if you are not happy to proceed after the trial let us know and we will not proceed with your first payment.

Why do you ask for payment details for the free trial?We want to work with companies that are serious about their social media, therefore asking for payment information following the trial deters those that are not serious and we can spend our time concentrating on you.

How do I cancel after the free trial before my first payment is taken?This can be done via your login information provided at signup. We would encourage you to first make contact with us if you are not happy with any of the content.

How do I open an account?Signing up is easy, first decide which Plan suits you best and click “Start 7 day trial”, we will ask a few questions about you and your business and take payment details to be used after the trial period.

Do I have to use the 7 day trial can’t I just go straight into a paid plan?We believe in transparency and fairness, we want you to feel happy that we can deliver content that suits your business. It's our way of knowing we are delivering to your expectations.

How will you know what to post about?This is all part of our onboarding process, we will ask you some questions about your business, likes and dislikes. Armed with this information we will then carry out our own research and start building your planned content.

How long will it take before I see the first set of social media posts?We like to work to a timeline of between 3-5 days, however we have been known to turn around posts in several days.

Do I have to share with you my social media usernames and passwords?No you don't, we will ask you to link your accounts on our social media platform, you are in full control of these links and can remove them at any time.
