Wacky Races

Wacky Races is no ordinary car rally. It’s a four-day European tour combining supercars, luxury hotels, and charity fundraising. When we first partnered with Roy Parrish, the founder, the event was still in its early stages. In just three months, we helped secure sponsors, set up sign-up systems, and plan hotels, restaurants, and itineraries. We also created participant lanyards, custom route packs, and provided full video and photography coverage of the tour.

Our involvement didn’t stop at the road tour. We helped organise a charity night in London at Enoteca da Luca, producing sign-up pages, print collateral, and video content, while also managing live fundraising logistics on the night.

Since then, the rally has grown year on year. The 2024 launch party at F1 Arcade attracted huge interest, and the 2025 rally reached 22 cars with 42 participants, making it the biggest tour yet. Alongside the tours, we’ve continued to support with sponsorship decks, media content, and the upcoming Gala Dinner and Auction Night at Down Hall in October 2025.

For us, this project has been more than design and marketing. It’s about building something meaningful, supporting PACS1 research and contributing to The Whole Life Village, a home for disabled children. It’s been a unique journey with new challenges every year, and we’re proud to have played our part in its growth.
