Our Services

SunX Designs provides digital marketing services including but not limited to:

• Website design and development
• Search engine optimization (SEO)
• Pay-per-click advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• Social media management
• Email marketing
• Graphic design
• Website hosting and support

User Responsibilities

When using our website and services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not interfere with or disrupt our services
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not transmit harmful or malicious content

Payment Terms

Pricing and Billing

• All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise
• Monthly services are billed in advance
• One-time projects require 50% deposit before work begins
• Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date
• Late payments may incur additional charges

Refunds and Cancellations

• Monthly services can be cancelled with 30 days' notice
• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis
• Work completed cannot be refunded
• Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced

Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SunX Designs and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Client Content

Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of custom work created specifically for them. However, SunX Designs retains the right to:

• Display work in our portfolio
• Use work for marketing and promotional purposes
• Reference the client relationship in case studies

Service Level Agreement

Response Times

• Email inquiries: Within 24 hours during business days
• Phone calls: Answered during business hours (9 AM - 5 PM, Monday-Friday)
• Emergency support: Within 4 hours for hosting clients
• Project updates: Weekly progress reports for active projects

Performance Standards

• Website hosting: 99.9% uptime guarantee
• Project delivery: On-time delivery as per agreed timelines
• Quality assurance: All work reviewed before delivery
• Revisions: Included as per service package terms

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SunX Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data or business interruption
• Cost of substitute services
• Damages arising from third-party services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice:

• Monthly services: 30 days' written notice
• One-time projects: Upon completion or mutual agreement
• Immediate termination: For breach of terms or non-payment

Upon termination, you remain responsible for all charges incurred up to the termination date.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
